We are looking for the first websites and e-shops for practical testing. The goal is to verify how InfoRadek helps in real operation: with visitor questions, content recommendations and finding places where the website needs better information.

New clients get a modern owner admin with project settings, questions, manual hints, widget, export and support requests.

How onboarding works

We do not want to configure a new website blindly. InfoRadek should first understand the project type, available content and suggest the basic advisor setup.

Project creation

A separate website/project is created with its own shop_id and separated data.

Initial website analysis

The system checks the domain, sitemap, available content and website type.

Adding knowledge

Pages, articles, manual hints, contacts, products or other sources are added.

Widget deployment

A short script is added to the website and the advisor starts answering visitors.
