Tasks without unnecessary clutter
Create tasks, filter by status, department and responsible person, manage due dates and review attachments in a clear gallery.
InfoRadek answers from the content of a specific website: approved pages, manual hints, articles, contacts, products and other trusted sources. It is useful for e-shops, information websites, companies, municipalities, culture projects and services.
InfoRadek is set up individually for each website or e-shop. First we review the content, project type and suitable tariff, then we prepare the connection, knowledge import and answer testing.
The service includes an owner/admin environment, widget, manual hints, exports, support requests and basic service records.
It answers from pages, news, documents, contacts, FAQ, events and manually added knowledge.
It helps visitors and website managers. It does not answer from one shared chaos, but from the data of a specific project.
It explains services, operating information, articles, products, delivery, contacts or FAQ.
It offers a link to the right page, article, category, document, event or product.
Each website has its own project and its own knowledge. The advisor should not mix data between unrelated websites.
When a good answer is missing, the manager can add a manual hint, article, FAQ or page description.
Questions in the admin area show what people search for and where the website needs better content.
The public website is being prepared for Czech, Slovak, English, German and Ukrainian.
InfoRadek is not just a chat bubble. During the first setup, it often shows what visitors are looking for, which information is hidden too deeply and where the website needs clearer explanations.
“After the first indexing, we found that delivery and payment information was available, but visitors reached it much later than expected.”
“The first questions showed that visitors ask in a more practical way than the website menu or terms originally described the information.”
“InfoRadek pointed out pages that existed, but did not contain enough detail to provide a clear answer to the customer.”
“The questions revealed that customers expected simpler explanations of services, contacts or the ordering process than the website originally offered.”
The public website should feel friendly and easy to understand. That is why we use the same InfoRadek style as in articles and other materials.
Visitor help: InfoRadek answers questions, guides people to the right pages and helps them find useful information faster.
Manager help: in the admin area it helps understand user questions, improve content and strengthen the website knowledge base.
One principle, multiple website types. An e-shop does not need the same logic as a culture website — and InfoRadek should understand the difference.
It helps customers choose a product, find a category and understand delivery, payment, complaints or catalog information.
It answers from pages, news, documents, contacts, FAQ, events and manually added knowledge.
It guides visitors to services, references, operating information, contacts and business questions.
It helps people find news, events, documents, contacts, rules and frequently searched information.
InfoRadek is not only an answer widget. The service includes an administration area that helps managers understand visitor questions, update knowledge and gradually improve website content.
See what people ask, which words they use and where the same unclear topics appear repeatedly.
The manager can add a precise answer, FAQ, article, contact, page or internal knowledge for the advisor.
Answers can be tested in the administration before changes affect the public widget.
The administration supports several roles: owner, manager, editor, support, client or read-only access.
One service can gradually manage several websites, projects or client administrations.
InfoRadek can notify managers by e-mail when repeated questions show that the website does not yet provide a clear answer.
This shows what should be added to an article, FAQ, page, category, product or manual hint.
We do not want to configure a new website blindly. InfoRadek should first understand the project type, available content and suggest the basic advisor setup.
A separate website/project is created with its own shop_id and separated data.
The system checks the domain, sitemap, available content and website type.
Pages, articles, manual hints, contacts, products or other sources are added.
A short script is added to the website and the advisor starts answering visitors.
InfoRadek can help libraries as a friendly advisor and search layer over their own list of books. The administration can import, for example, an XLSX table with book title, author, genre, topic, availability or a link to the catalogue. After import, review and indexing, these materials become knowledge the advisor can use when answering visitors.
A library can provide a book list, catalogue export, topic overview or recommended reading. InfoRadek turns the source material into knowledge blocks.
After indexing, visitors can search in their own words: by title, author, genre, topic or a question such as “something for children about space”.
The manager can add loan rules, reservations, renewals, opening hours, contacts and links to the real library catalogue.
InfoRadek does not have to replace the library system. It can be a friendly layer above the catalogue, library rules and frequently asked questions.
The new workspace helps managers focus on real work. Each view is clear, separate and comfortable to use on desktop and mobile.
Create tasks, filter by status, department and responsible person, manage due dates and review attachments in a clear gallery.
Dedicated views show the department structure, team members and their roles without mixing everything into one long overview.
Invites, the daily summary and settings have their own screens. Sending invitations stays safely separated from read-only review.
InfoRadek can now add knowledge not only manually, but also from files. A website manager can quickly add articles, guides, flyers, price lists, product materials or internal information for the advisor.
The administration can process text-based PDF, HTML/HTM, TXT/MD or XLSX files. InfoRadek shows a preview and then stores confirmed knowledge blocks in manual hints.
Each import can include a direct link to the original page, article, product or document. The link is stored as the knowledge source.
The administration shows uploaded files, import details, item count, author and status. New imports can be safely removed without touching unrelated data.
Basic pricing is set: START 100 CZK / month, STANDARD 300 CZK / month, TOP 600 CZK / month and service setup 2,000 CZK one-time. Selected partners can use a discount or gift code.
This is a public demo for the InfoRadek.cz project. It shows how the widget behaves and verifies that the advisor can work with the knowledge of a specific website.
Simple tariffs for the first live operation. The tariff is selected according to website size, amount of source material and real advisor usage.
For a smaller website, basic knowledge and the first advisor deployment.
For a regular company website or e-shop with broader content.
For a larger website, more source material or higher service usage.
Project setup, basic knowledge import and answer verification.
The service starts through a request and manual review. Send a request, run a quick website analysis and we will prepare a concrete onboarding proposal including a payment request.
By sending the request, you confirm that you have read the Terms of Use.
